but shouldn’t weddings be kind of elegant? I was looking through somebody’s wedding photos on facebook and the bride is in a sundress, with tights, and barefoot, in a park, in the spring. The ground is mushy. Why?! If weddings are half-assed and trashy like that, just go to the courthouse. At least then you won’t ruin your white tights on the not wet muddy ground inside. Maybe she got knocked up. Maybe if you are young and can’t afford a blowout, then maybe you shouldn’t get married yet. If you are traditional and get married before sex, move on to todays standards. Ok my rant is done. The end.

This reminds me of my math classes that I have been teaching for the past few months. Today is my last day and then I get a new bunch of these people next Monday. One class is throwing me a taco and flauta party (mostly spanish speaking class) and the other class got jealous and is throwing me a pizza party. I am glad I will be missed.

So my dog died this evening. I always thought that I would at least have until after college to get the call that my baby died. I remember seeing her as a week old dog. My dad and brother found an ad for goldie pups and we went out to see them. Bailey got to attend an afternoon of 4th grade with me as a baby. When ever I had a problem she was always the little spoon and the shoulder to cry on. Trust me it has happened multiple times. Over Christmas break Bailey got hurt and I made Rem spoon her so I got help with dinner. I would do anything for that dog to be wiggling her butt when I get home next. Everybody at home is going to be getting the full emotion of this as it happens. I get the full blow when I am home for Easter. I think losing a pet is harder than losing a relative sometimes. I will forever miss her and she will be in my heart and memories for the rest of my life.
